Organizers say the program gives local small businesses a chance to test the market in a storefront-style setup, with online retailers, makers and artists rotating through the spaces so shoppers can meet vendors and browse products in person.
The program launched in 2023 and has since provided opportunities for more than 50 unique users. The city says the project is funded through a Regional Economic Development Organization grant from the Massachusetts Office of Business Development and a partnership with the 495/MetroWest Partnership.
