Milford residents will head to the polls on Apr. 7 to vote on several open positions.

MILFORD, MA — Milford residents will head to the polls this week to vote on several open positions.

The Annual Town Election will take place on Tuesday, Apr. 7. Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Voters will select candidates for the Select Board, Tree Warden/Gypsy Moth Superintendent, Town Clerk, Highway Surveyor, Board of Assessors, Town Moderator, School Committee, Sewer Commissioner, Park Commissioner, Housing Authority, Board of Library Trustees, Planning Board, Vernon Grove Trustee and Water Commissioner and one contested race for an open seat on the Board of Health.

Three candidates will vie for one three-year term on the town's Board of Health. That is Scott Vecchiola, Rosemary Cerqueira and Diana M. Haynes.

  • Precincts 1 & 6: Senior Center, 60 North Bow St.
  • Precincts 2 & 3: Italian American Veterans Hall, 4 Hayward Field
  • Precincts 4, 5, 7, 8: Milford Portuguese Club, 119 Prospect Heights
