With Need For Senior Services, Natick Considers Another Site For Care
The town's planning board will hold a public hearing next week about the proposed expansion of an adult day care facility.

NATICK, MA — Plans appear to be moving forward for another Natick facility designed to help older people.
The owner of an adult day care facility at 17 Strathmore Road wants to expand into a commercial building next door, according to town documents. The Natick Planning Board will hold a public hearing about the project on Wednesday.
If Zdorovie Adult Day Health receives site plan approval and other OK’s, the center would be able to convert the one-story, 7,600-square-foot building at 19 Strathmore Road into space for additional services. The private company, led by Max Mazaev, is owned by New York-based CREH Andover, which bought the property in 2023 for $3.5 million. Besides the Natick Center facility, Zdorovie operates ones in Newton and Needham.
