The public is welcome to join the Kalmia Garden Club for our program, “All About Irises,” on Tuesday, September 10 at 7:00 p.m. at The Center at the Heights in Needham.
Our presenter is Needham resident Glenn Mulno, whose lifelong love of irises began in his parents’ garden, where the irises were among the most beautiful and distinctive flowers they grew. Glenn’s own gardens now feature a mix of those cherished varieties—bringing back wonderful memories—along with many additional irises he has collected over the years.
Glenn will share highlights from the remarkable diversity of irises and offer practical tips for growing and caring for them so they thrive and bloom beautifully.
