Event Details
Wakefield Porchfest returns for its third year, featuring 100+ musical acts who will play at homes and businesses across the community. This celebration of live, local music will feature a variety of musical styles and talented musical artists. The event includes numerous family-friendly venues and porches that will feature youth bands and singers.
Wakefield was named one of the 'top communities for music education in the U.S.' for the 15th time by the NAMM Foundation in 2026, highlighting the community's strong support for musical arts.
The 2026 event is supported by 14 organizations, including numerous businesses in the community, and through a grant from the Wakefield Arts Council, a local agency, which is supported by Mass Cultural Council, a state agency.
