About the Event:
Cory Grewell’s debut novel, The Rumi Cipher, is a literary private-eye novel set primarily in Boston and Cambridge.
When a Boston P.I. is hired to protect a Palestinian poet targeted for assassination, he is drawn into an increasingly complicated case marked by political entanglements and a woman who knows more about the danger than she is willing to reveal. As Brent struggles to determine what, or whom, he is really protecting, a seemingly personal assignment begins to carry consequences far beyond one woman’s life.
