Seekonk Fire Department Sets Date for 2026 Open House

SEEKONK, MA — The Seekonk Fire Department has set the date for its 2026 open house, giving residents a chance to learn more about fire safety during Fire Prevention Week.

The open house is set for 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Oct. 4 at the Public Safety Campus, 500 Taunton Ave.

Those who attend can watch fire demonstrations, tackle a kids’ obstacle course, enjoy giveaways and check out a Sparky bounce house. Other family-friendly activities will also be offered.

Car seat safety checks will be available, and attendees will have a chance to meet local firefighters.

The event will give residents an opportunity to learn more about fire safety and how they can help keep their community safe.
