2-Car Crash In Shrewsbury Causes Partial Closure On Main Street

SHREWSBURY, MA — A two-car crash at Main Street and South Street in Shrewsbury led to a partial eastbound road closure Monday evening while crews cleared the scene.

Shrewsbury Engine 2, Engine 3, Shrewsbury police and Westborough EMS responded to the crash on Monday night, according to the Shrewsbury Fire Department. Westborough EMS evaluated the occupants for minor injuries.

The eastbound side of the road was partially closed while the Engine 2 company remained on scene for Lovey’s Towing and completed roadway cleanup.

No additional information about the drivers or any citations was immediately available.
