Imagine putting on a pair of headphones, closing your eyes, leaving the outside world behind and giving yourself permission to simply breathe. 9D Breathwork is an immersive breathwork experience that combines intentional breathing techniques with a carefully designed soundscape delivered through headphones. Depending on the journey, the experience may incorporate guided coaching, visualization, hypnotic-style suggestions, binaural audio and other sound-based techniques designed to create a deeply immersive environment for self-exploration and reflection. But you don't need to understand all of the technology to experience it. You simply need to show up and breathe. Each journey is different. Some are designed around themes such as letting go, stress and anxiety, self-worth, reconnecting with yourself, emotional release or deep relaxation. And every person's experience is uniquely their own. You may feel emotional. You may feel peaceful. You may gain a new perspective. You may laugh, cry, reflect—or simply enjoy giving yourself permission to disconnect from everything else for a little while. There is no "right" way to experience a journey. Elsie Kaye Gift Shop &amp; Artisan Studio In 2009, on a whim, Holly Kenny took a flameworking class and learned to make glass beads. This sparked a love of glass art and led to the launch her business, Elsie Kaye Gift Shop and Art Studio in downtown Westborough. Holly currently teaches flameworking and metalworking at her studio and is on the faculty at the New England Craft Program in Williamsburg, MA. Holly loves the fluidity and movement of glass and enjoys incorporating metals, enamels and other elements that can change the texture and appearance of the glass. As a result, much of her work takes on an abstract, organic feel. Her work, under the name Elsie Kaye Glassworks, can be found at more than 50 boutiques and galleries across the country. Holly is passionate about promoting emerging local artists by selling their work at her retail shop, as well as helping to foster connections with new and existing businesses in the local area. She is an active member of her community, where she has lived with her husband and two children since 2006.

When you arrive, please follow the cones and directions from the workers. Bring your vehicle as close to the truck or dumpster as possible. Feel free to remain in your vehicle, our workers will unload your items for you.
Residents from all towns and communities are welcome to recycle. The event will be rain or shine. Computer hard drives will be destroyed during the recycling process, but can be removed on-site at the event for an additional charge. Cash payment is preferred, but checks will be an acceptable form of payments over $30.

Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine invites the community to join us for a day of family fun and learning on our picturesque campus in Grafton, MA.
RAIN or SHINE.
<ul><li>Go on a tractor ride through the fields around the campus.</li><li>Go inside our state-of-the-art anatomy lab to see plastination samples and large animal skeletons. </li><li>Visit the Joseph Kelley, D.V.M. Simulation Lab to view and touch simulation animal models.</li><li>Participate in hands-on learning activities, including horseshoe painting, pinecone bird feeders, and more about the Cummings School programs.</li><li>Bring your stuffies to get their boo-boos bandaged at our teddy bear clinic.</li><li>Stop by the SAVMA store table to pick up some merch.</li><li>Learn about Tufts PAWS for People program, a therapy animal program that provides education, evaluation and mentorship for individuals looking to do visits with their pet. </li><li>Grab food at Elm's Cafe.</li></ul>
For the safety of the demonstration animals and all visitors, pets are not allowed on campus during the event. Service animals will continue to be welcome.
Tufts Wildlife Clinic, Henry and Lois Foster Hospital for Small Animals, and Hospital for Large Animal will only be open for scheduled appointments and emergencies and not part of the Open House event.
