Get ready for one of Somerville’s favorite Halloween traditions! SomerStreets: Monster Mash transforms Somerville Avenue into a festive Halloween celebration for all ages. Join us on Sunday, October 18, from 1–5 PM (severe weather date: Sunday, October 25) for live music, interactive art activities, family fun, local food vendors, and more.
An afternoon to bring neighbors together and celebrate local arts and culture, Monster Mash features performances on two stages, hands-on activities, community organizations, local businesses, and plenty of Halloween spirit around every corner.
The highlight of the day is the spookiest community Halloween Parade, led by the School of Honk. Dress up in your favorite costume and join neighbors of all ages as superheroes, witches, monsters, magical creatures, and everything in between march through the festival together.
Come in costume, support local artists and businesses, and enjoy an afternoon of creativity, music, and community. Free and open to all!
