PAWS booth ready to welcome you at Sunday's Festival

PAWS, will have 3 tents at the Festival by the Lake in Wakefield this Sunday - one of them dedicated to its Pet Food Pantry. Come visit!

This Sunday from 10am-4pm PAWS Wakefield will be at the Festival by the Lake, on Wakefield's Lower Common, with 3 tents! Stop by its yellow booth to chat with their volunteers and learn about the organization, discuss adoption of cats and volunteer opportunities, and get information on the Pet Food Pantry. Purchase handmade catnip toys and other cat items. They'll have a medical fund donation box - give what you can to support the rescued kitties.

While at the PAWS booth, don’t forget to enter their free drawing for a chance to win a basket full of cat-themed goodies. This time it is filled with the following items: hooded plush cat bed, wand teaser toy, plush pawprint cuddly throw, food bowl placemat, kitty tea towel, kitty grass kit, kitty food bowl, kitty chip clips, cat foods and treats, plush mouse toys and cat silhouette snack picks.

PAWS has a Meet & Greet at its office almost every other Saturday to introduce its adoptable kittens and cats to the public and help find permanent homes for them. This is an “off week”, so if you are looking to adopt a feline, talk to the friendly folks who will be staffing the PAWS booth at the Festival. Many of them provide foster homes for our cats and will happily tell you all about them. Due to the long day and hot weather, no cats will be at our booth.
