WAYLAND, MA — Wayland residents will head to the polls to vote on 16 town-wide Office positions this April.
Nomination papers to run for office in the 2026 Annual Town Election are available. Those interested in running must return completed papers by Mar. 10 at 5 p.m., and the last day to withdraw those papers is Mar. 26 at 5 p.m.

- Jonathan Storer is seeking election to the Board of Health.
- Katie Stiff is seeking election to the Board of Health.
- Aida Gennis is seeking election to the Board of Library Trustees.
- Leah Hart is seeking election to the Board of Library Trustees.
- Miranda Jones is seeking election to Moderator.
- William Sterling is seeking election to the Planning Board.
- Mark Norton is seeking election to the Recreation Commission.
- Michael Grant is seeking election to fill a vacancy on the Recreation Commission.
- Bill Whitney is seeking election to the Select Board.
- Christopher Reynolds is seeking election to the Select Board.
- Jessica Traue is seeking election to the School Committee.
- Prashant Shukla is seeking election to the School Committee.

The Annual Town Election will take place on Tuesday, Apr. 28. All residents in Precincts 1, 2, 3, and 4 will be at the Wayland Town Building gymnasium. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The deadline to register to vote in Wayland is Apr. 17. Voting by mail and absentee voting will be available for the election, and the deadline to apply for that is Apr. 21, by 5 p.m.
