Wayside Inn said there will be a designated speakeasy entrance and signage directing guests to the entrance.

They are also expecting a high turnout, and customers could be asked to wait before entering the speakeasy space. Guests must also be 21 years old to enter.

Longfellow’s Wayside Inn is considered one of the oldest inns operating in the U.S. It was known as Howe's Tavern until 1746, and was again renamed to the Red Horse Tavern by the third generation of the Howe family operating the inn, according to the Freedom’s Way National Heritage Area.

The inn’s history dates back to 1716, and ultimately to the Revolutionary War, when it played a role in the conflict.
