2 Hospitalized After Car, DPW Tractor Crash In Westborough

WESTBOROUGH, MA — Two drivers were hospitalized Friday morning after a crash involving a car and a town Department of Public Works tractor.

The crash was reported at 8:28 a.m. on Nourse Street near Jasper Street, the Westborough Fire Department told Patch. A sedan collided with a DPW tractor that was mowing grass along the roadside.

The operators of both vehicles were taken to area hospitals with injuries that were not considered life-threatening, fire officials told Patch.

Nourse Street is designated as Route 30 at the Jasper Street intersection, according to the town’s traffic rules and regulations.
