Video Captures Lightning Strike Near Central MA Family During Tuesday Storms: Reports

SOUTHBOROUGH, MA — A family in Central Massachusetts had a close call with lightning during a storm on Tuesday, according to multiple reports.

Brad Robillard and his children were outside their Southborough home when lightning struck near them as he helped his daughter out of the family’s pickup truck, according to WCVB and Boston 25 News.

Surveillance video captured the strike hitting near the home’s fence and gutter, leaving burn marks behind. The family was not injured, according to the news outlets.
