Westborough Woman Claims $1M Lottery Prize
The winner of a $1 million lottery ticket sold at a Westborough Shell station has claimed her prize.

WESTBOROUGH, MA — A Massachusetts Lottery player who bought a ticket in Westborough has claimed a $1 million prize.
Anu Nadkarni of Westborough won the prize from the Massachusetts State Lottery's "$4,000,000 Lion's Share" instant ticket game. The winning ticket was sold Thursday at Shell, 27 East Main St. in Westborough.
Nadkarni chose the cash option and received a one-time payment of $650,000 before taxes. She told lottery officials she plans to save and invest her winnings.

Players win in the game by matching any of their numbers to one of the winning numbers. One $1 million prize remains unclaimed.
The Shell station that sold the ticket will receive a $10,000 bonus from the lottery.
