EPOCH Senior Living Appoints John Dulina as Executive Director of Bridges® by EPOCH at Westwood

WESTWOOD, MA — EPOCH Senior Living is pleased to announce the recent appointment of John Dulina as the new Executive Director of Bridges® by EPOCH at Westwood. A results-driven management strategist, Dulina brings a powerful blend of hands-on leadership and business acumen to the Westwood community.

Dulina joins Bridges® by EPOCH with extensive experience in senior living operations, most recently serving as Executive Director at two large Massachusetts senior living communities. His background includes managing large-scale communities, developing strategic business plans, and building high-performing teams. Beyond senior living, Dulina’s diverse career includes over a decade as a franchise co-owner and nearly ten years in organizational effectiveness at Webster Bank.

John Dulina attended Western Connecticut State University, where he studied Business Management and Psychology. Outside of his professional life, he is a concert pianist, organist, and choral conductor.
