
Join us at the Golden Ball on Tuesday, August 18th from 9 a.m. to noon for a colorful hands-on colonial crafting session. Kids will create and take home their own projects, including stenciling, weaving, beeswax sculpting, needlepoint, and cross-stitch. Learn about the history of each activity and see the museum's antique waxwork, floor stenciling and needlepoint chairs up close!

Ages 6 - 10 Parents of younger children are encouraged to stay.
Kids can take home a completed stitching or weaving project, a personal beeswax creation and a stenciled picture frame or wall hanging.
Water and light snacks will be provided.
