“Having two Woburn schools receive this recognition is a tremendous accomplishment for our students and staff,” Superintendent Matthew Crowley said in a statement. “I am proud of the hard work of the Malcolm White and Mary D. Altavesta communities. At the same time, MCAS is only one measure of what happens in our schools. Across Woburn Public Schools, our students and educators do amazing things every day, and this recognition is one more reason to celebrate them.”
