Join us for Pints for Tess, a community fundraiser benefiting Multiple Myeloma research and patient care through Team Myeloma and the Mass General Brigham Cancer 5K Walk-Run.
In 2024, at just 35 years old, I was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma and Plasma Cell Leukemia. After undergoing aggressive treatment at Mass General Brigham, including CAR-T therapy, I’m incredibly grateful to be here today because of the research, care, and treatment options that were available when I needed them most.
Now I’m raising funds to help make sure the next patient has those same options.
Pints for Tess will be held Tuesday, September 15 from 5:30–7:30 p.m. at Lord Hobo Brewing Company in Woburn.
Tickets are $60 and include all-you-can-eat food and drinks, plus raffles and a fun, family-friendly evening. Children 8 and under are free.
NMDP, the National Marrow Donor Program, will also be at the event to educate guests about blood stem cell donation and provide kits for eligible guests interested in joining the donor registry.
The treatments that helped save my life exist because people supported cancer research before I ever knew I would need it. This fundraiser is my way of paying that forward and helping create more treatment options, more time, and more survivor stories.
