About the Authors
Val Lucien and Ralph Abraham are the authors of Axl’s STEMtacular Adventure and co-founders of STEMtacular Kids, an educational brand focused on making STEM engaging, accessible, and fun for children. Raised in Boston, Massachusetts, both founders are fathers and technology professionals who are passionate about inspiring the next generation through storytelling, play, and hands-on discovery. Through books, storytimes, and interactive experiences, they aim to help children build confidence and curiosity in STEM at an early age.
About the Book
Axl’s STEMtacular Adventure: A Journey Through Numbers follows Axl, a curious young axolotl who loves adventure and exploring the world around him. One day, while searching through his attic, Axl discovers a mysterious treasure map that sends him on an exciting journey across the lake he calls home.
As Axl travels through the lake, he encounters colorful creatures, hidden clues, and exciting challenges that test his thinking and problem-solving skills. With every step of the adventure, Axl must use his knowledge of numbers, counting, and patterns to unlock clues and move closer to the hidden treasure.
