Maner Costerisan named a 2026 West Michigan Best and Brightest Company to Work For

Maner Costerisan has been named a 2026 West Michigan Best and Brightest Company to Work For, an honor recognizing organizations with strong employee engagement and a high-performing culture.

The recognition comes as Maner Costerisan continues expanding its presence in West Michigan and reflects the people-first values that have long shaped the firm. It also continues a strong workplace legacy in the region: Baker Holtz, which joined Maner Costerisan through a January 2026 merger, earned the Best and Brightest designation for 18 consecutive years before becoming part of the combined firm.

Maner Costerisan announced the merger as part of a long-term strategic growth plan to expand service capabilities and strengthen its footprint across West Michigan. The combined firm now includes more than 225 professionals serving clients across Michigan and beyond.

The West Michigan Best and Brightest Company to Work For award is presented by the National Association for Business Resources and recognizes companies that demonstrate innovative human resource practices, strong leadership and a high-performing workplace culture. Winners are evaluated by an independent research firm across categories including compensation and benefits, wellness initiatives, employee development, recruitment and retention, communication and shared vision, work-life blend, corporate responsibility and leadership strategy.

Maner Costerisan will be formally recognized during the 2026 West Michigan Best and Brightest Companies to Work For celebration June 4 at the JW Marriott Grand Rapids.
