Group Steals $10K Worth Of Clothing From Metro Detroit Sporting Store: Police

BLOOMFIELD TOWNSHIP, MI — Police are looking for a group of people who they said stole $10,000 worth of clothing from an Oakland County retail store.

The incident happened at 5:15 p.m. last Sunday at the Dick's Sporting Goods, located on Telegraph Road in Bloomfield Township, according to police.

Police said five men and three men walked into the store and grabbed armfuls of Nike clothing. They then ran out of the store without paying, according to police.

The group stole 113 Nike apparel items from the store, worth roughly $10,800, according to police.
