Dearborn Heights Councilman Stepping Down Due To Health Concerns
Dearborn Heights City Councilman Ray Muscat served on City Council for eight years.
DEARBORN HEIGHTS, MI — A Dearborn Heights City Councilman Ray Muscat is resigned from his position because of health concerns, he said.
Although Muscat did not specifically cite the health reasons why he is stepping down, he did say it was a "very tough decision to make."
Muscat's decision to step down comes just after he took second in the August primary. He is now telling people do not vote for him in November's general election.
