More Storms Possible Across Detroit Area Wednesday

More showers and storms are possible across the Detroit area Wednesday, according to the National Weather Service.

Forecasters expect the scattered storms to move into the region sometime between 5 and 8 p.m. when highs reach the 80s.

A few storms could become severe with the potential for heavy downpours and winds reaching 60 miles per hour, according to NWS.

Drier conditions return to the region Thursday with plenty of sunshine and highs reaching the 80s, according to NWS.

Friday and Saturday will also be sunny with highs in the 80s before another chance for showers and storms on Sunday, according to NWS.
