Doug Sullivan Named Fox Run Leadership Award Winner

Fox Run, a continuing care retirement community located in Novi, Michigan, developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living, has named Director of Dining Services Doug Sullivan its Fox Run Leadership Award Winner.

Sullivan is honored for his leadership, commitment to excellence, and innovation.

“Doug provided exceptional leadership within our Dining Department, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence across the team. His dedication ensured our residents consistently enjoyed an outstanding dining experience,” said Executive Director Ashley Bulat.

In March, he was honored along with 22 other leaders, one from each of Erickson Senior Living’s communities across the country and its home office, at the company’s Leadership Summit in Baltimore, Maryland.
