Fox Run Residents Make a Splash at First Annual “Splash Clash” Water Volleyball Tournament
The friendly matchup featured residents facing off against employees in six lively games, with the resident team dominating the competition
Laughter, cheers, and friendly competition filled the pool at Fox Run, an Erickson Senior Living community in Novi, Michigan, on Friday, April 10, as residents and employees went head to head in the community’s first annual Splash Clash, a spirited water volleyball tournament celebrating fitness, teamwork, and connection.
The friendly matchup featured residents facing off against employees in six lively games, with the resident team dominating the competition by winning five out of six matches. Their success came as no surprise, as many residents practice water volleyball together twice a week in Fox Run’s Ascot pool.
The event drew enthusiastic spectators and created an energetic atmosphere filled with encouragement and celebration. Splash Clash not only highlighted residents’ athletic abilities but also underscored the importance of staying active, social, and engaged at every age.
