Man Caught Masturbating In Front Of People At Twelve Oaks Mall In Novi: Reports
The man faces two charges and was placed in jail with a $250,000 bond, according to reports.
NOVI, MI — A Clarkston man is facing charges after he was caught masturbating in front of people inside Twelve Oaks Mall in Novi over the weekend, according to reports, citing police.
Dylan Scotten, 25, was charged with aggravated indecent exposure and indecent exposure. He was placed in jail with a $250,000 bond.
Witnesses saw Scotten masturbating in the common area of the mall at 8 p.m. last Saturday, WDIV reported.

Mall security confronted Scotten, who ran away but was quickly arrested in the parking lot, according to the report.
