Canton Woman Injured After Getting Hit By Car: Police
Police do not believe alcohol and drugs were factors in the crash.
CANTON TOWNSHIP, MI — A woman was struck and injured by a car Thursday night in Canton, according to police.
The crash happened at 7:14 p.m. Thursday near Warren Road and Burgundy Street where police said the 42-year-old Canton woman was struck by a 2013 red Hyundai Elantra, according to police.
The woman was taken to a nearby hospital where her exact condition was unknown, according to the police.

It was unclear if the driver of the Elantra, a 33-year-old Ann Arbor resident, was injured in the crash.
