Teen Shot, Injured Along Hall Road In Macomb County: Police
One person has been arrested in connection with the shooting, according to police.
STERLING HEIGHTS, MI — A man was shot and injured in Macomb County last Friday, according to police.
The shooting happened at 5:36 a.m. along eastbound Hall Road near Schoenherr Road in Sterling Heights, according to police.
The 18-year-old man was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. Police did not release the extent of his injuries.

The suspect was arrested less than three hours later at a Kroger parking lot along Highland Road in Milford, according to police.
Investigators used witness tips and information from Flock Automated License Plate Readers to track the vehicle.

Officers also recovered firearms, body armor and other evidence before turning the suspect and vehicle over to police in Sterling Heights.
While it was unclear what led up to the shooting, police said there is no ongoing threat to the public.
No other details were released as police continue investigating the shooting.
