My name is Rachel Wales and I’m an environmental science educator and community advocate.

I’m running to be your Ward 3 Champlin City Councilor to lower costs, protect our natural resources, take on corruption, and be a voice for ALL Champlin residents.

If you’re a Ward 3 resident and would like to vote early you can do so starting March 27th, 2026.

You may vote via absentee ballot at
Champlin City Hall located at: 11955 Champlin Drive, from:

* March 27th—May 11th, 2026.

Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m with extended hours for voting absentee on
* Saturday, May 9, 2026, from 9am - 3pm
* Monday, May 11, 2026, from 8am - 5pm
