Police are seeking the public's help as they investigate the shooting in Eagan.

EAGAN, MN — Police are seeking the public’s help as they investigate a weekend road rage shooting in Eagan.

The incident occurred around 5:15 p.m. Saturday on Interstate 35 East near Deerwood Drive, according to police, who said the driver of a pickup truck fired multiple rounds at another vehicle.

No one was hit but the victim’s vehicle was damaged by bullets, police said.

The shooting and subsequent investigation disrupted traffic on the interstate for about three hours, according to police.

Investigators are seeking information about a 2010–14 white Ford F-150 four-door pickup with black handles, gray rocker panels, a black tonneau cover, and visible rust around the driver's side rear wheel well and fender, police said, adding the driver was a male with long dark hair.

The truck was last seen traveling north on Interstate 35 East near Lone Oak Road after the shooting, according to police.
