North Twin Cities Metro Walmart Stabbing Suspect Arrested: Police
Police said an officer working security at the store found one man with a knife and another with a stab wound.
BROOKLYN PARK, MN — A man was arrested after a stabbing Sunday night inside a Brooklyn Park Walmart, police said.
An officer working contract overtime at the Walmart at 8000 Lakeland Ave. N. was alerted to a fight inside the store at 10:19 p.m. Sunday, according to a Brooklyn Park Police Department alert.
When the officer encountered the two men involved, one had a knife and the other had an apparent stab wound to the abdomen, police said.

The suspect was arrested without incident, according to police.
The victim was taken to the hospital. Police did not immediately release additional information about his condition.
