Three Adults Dead In Shooting At Highland Park Apartment Complex
Police say a person of interest is in custody after three people were found dead in a leasing office Sunday afternoon.

ST. PAUL, MN — Three adults were found dead in a shooting at an apartment complex in the city's Highland Park neighborhood Sunday afternoon, according to the Saint Paul Police Department.
Officers responded to the 1500 block of Saint Paul Avenue around 4:10 p.m. Sunday, July 20, after receiving multiple reports of shots fired, police said. When officers arrived, they found three adults deceased in the leasing office of the apartment complex.
Police evacuated residents from the building and secured the area. Investigators with the department's homicide unit are working to determine what led to the shooting, and members of the forensic services and video management units are processing the scene for evidence, according to police.

A person of interest has been taken into custody, police said.
The Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office will conduct autopsies to positively identify the victims and determine their exact cause of death. Updates on the case will be released through the Saint Paul Police Department's Facebook and X accounts, according to police.
