Sprunk had been with the victim and her friends at a bar in Albertville, and she invited him to her friendβs house, according to KSTP, where she rejected his advances.
He appeared too intoxicated to safely leave, so the victim brought him to a bedroom to sleep, where he became forceful, told her she had to sleep with him and laid on top of her, eventually ripping off her pants and raping her, KSTP reported.
