I have a special treat for this months get together, yoga!
I know some people hear that and get intimidated. BUT this yoga is accommodating for all abilities and experience levels, including chair yoga. Meaning you can get a great stretch and still stay in your chair.
The yoga won’t last the entire time so we’ll still have plenty of time to catch up and reconnect with each other since we missed gathering last month.
As always there is no charge. Just show up and meet with other women in your area. It’s that easy!
