David Kohlmeier, also known as "The Crime Solver" is teaching free community workshops and offering personal reward money through 1-833-TIPS
Las Vegas, Nevada — David Kohlmeier, a retired law enforcement professional with service in both the New York Police Department and Henderson Police Department, is expanding his community outreach efforts by providing free educational workshops focused on scam awareness, cybercrime prevention, identity theft protection, and public safety.
“The Crime Solver,” Kohlmeier is leveraging decades of public safety experience to educate individuals, families, seniors, businesses, and community organizations on how to recognize, avoid, and report today’s rapidly evolving criminal schemes.
“As criminals become more sophisticated, education is one of our greatest tools,” said Kohlmeier. “My mission is to help people protect themselves before they become victims.”

The free workshops cover topics including:
• Phone, text message, email, and social media scams
• Identity theft prevention and recovery strategies
• Cybersecurity best practices for individuals and small businesses

• Personal, family, and neighborhood safety awareness
• Crime prevention strategies for businesses and organizations
• How communities can work together to reduce crime
In addition to educational efforts, Kohlmeier has launched 1-833-TIPSCASH, a community initiative designed to encourage public involvement by offering personal reward money for information that helps stop criminal activity.

“Everyone can play a role in making our communitiessafety” Kohlmeier said. “If we empower people with information and encourage them to speak up, we can prevent crime before it happens.”
