One of the most iconic Chinese restaurant brands ever to operate in Las Vegas is officially returning to the city — with a new home in Chinatown.
In an exclusive interview with ChinatownVegas.com and Ruby Anne’s This Week in Chinatown video series, ownership behind the highly anticipated Pacifica Vegas development confirmed that Michelin-recognized Lao Sze Chuan will return to Las Vegas as a flagship anchor tenant inside the upcoming Pacifica Vegas Asian Life Center project on Spring Mountain Road.
For longtime Las Vegas food lovers, the announcement marks the return of a legendary Sichuan restaurant brand previously known for its bold flavors, upscale presentation, and ties to acclaimed chef Tony Hu, often referred to as the “Mayor of Chicago’s Chinatown.”
