Episode 6 of This Week in Chinatown is live, covering four stories from across the Las Vegas Chinatown corridor.
Nagaiki Ramen has installed signage at the former Noodle Nest location inside Shanghai Plaza, signaling that the Canadian-based brothless ramen concept is moving closer to its Las Vegas debut. No official opening date has been announced.
At Mountain View Plaza, new concepts continue to take shape. A wine bar and tasting room and a Japanese omelet concept are both reportedly in the works, adding to a plaza that has already seen significant growth from newcomers like Amador Cocina Fina, Molly Tea, and Urban Matcha.

The episode also features a sit-down interview with Honey Pig Korean BBQ, one of the neighborhood's longest-running Korean barbecue destinations. The final segment examines recent Metro data showing Spring Valley leading the Las Vegas Valley in reported traffic crashes, with Spring Mountain Road identified as one of the area's most problematic corridors.
