10 Properties Sold In April 2026 In Bedford, Data Says

BEDFORD, NH — Only 10 properties sold in Bedford during the month of April, according to the latest real estate sales data.

The most expensive home sold in town was a 7,000-square-foot-plus, five-bedroom, seven-bathroom home on Esther Drive, which sold for $1.925 million.

A nearly-3,800 square foot home on Sprague Mill Road was not too far behind, selling for $1.6 million.

The least expensive home sold in April was a 1,600-square-foot, three-bedroom home on Seabee Street, which sold for $540,000.

Half the homes sold were more than $1 million.
