CONCORD, NH — Christopher R. Goduti, born in 1970, of Concord, was arrested at 5:43 p.m. on April 6, 2026, on driving while intoxicated and criminal trespass charges, as well as a public urination or defecation violation. Gary R. Magoon, born in 1980, of Concord, received a summons at 9:40 a.m. on April 5 on a camping restricted violation, after an incident or investigation at the New Hampshire State Liquor Commission at 50 Storrs St.

Lisamarie Luz, born in 1970, of Concord, was arrested at 12:56 a.m. on April 4 on a bench warrant arrested after an incident or investigation on Sheep Davis Road.

Ryan Chet Bond, born in 1999, of Laconia, was arrested at 4:51 p.m. on April 3 on a conduct after an accident charge and an improper backing-interstate violation after an incident or investigation on South State Street.

Asende Alinoti, born in 1988, of Concord, was arrested at 1:19 a.m. on March 10 on criminal trespass and breach of bail charges after an incident or investigation at the Kwik Stop Mobil at 110 Loudon Road.

Kelsey S. McCarthy, born in 1991, of Loudon, was arrested at 8:45 p.m. on March 9 on possession of a controlled drug, falsifying physical evidence, aggravated driving under the influence, endangering the welfare of a child, obstruct government administration, resisting arrest or detention, and two simple assault charges, as well as a child restraints violation.
