Loudon Woman Faces Felony Charge After Being Accused Of Drunken Driving After Rollover: Follow-Up

CONCORD, NH — A woman from Loudon faces a felony charge after a rollover crash in Downtown Concord last week.

Nicole Mary Considine, 24, of Village Road in Loudon, was arrested at 10:12 p.m. on July 16 and charged with felony aggravated driving under the influence-collision with serious injury and an unsafe lane change violation.

Limited information is available about the crash.

According to police and fire scanner chatter, a rollover crash was reported on South Main Street near West Street at around 9 p.m. A Mini Cooper reportedly collided with a parked Volvo station wagon and rolled.

A passenger inside the Cooper was taken to Concord Hospital on trauma alert status, hence the felony charge.

Considine was given a field sobriety test and arrested.

The health status of the passenger of the Mini Cooper was unknown and updated court information was not available at the time of publication.

According to court reports, Considine was fined $310 in June 2024 for violating a generic city ordinance on Electric Avenue in Penacook.

In February 2021, she was charged with an improper person operating a vehicle violation in Franklin. She allowed Taylor Winter, a habitual offender who was not properly licensed to drive at the time, to drive her 2018 Volkswagen GTI on West Bow Street in Franklin. Winter was involved in a chase with police, resulting in several felony charges. A day arrested, he tried to get Considine to falsely tell police she was driving the car during the chase.

“All you have to say is I would like to take credit for what happened, it was all me, you falsely arrested someone” or words to that effect, according to the indictments.

A year later, Winter pleaded guilty to reckless conduct and habitual offender. He was sentenced to two 12-month jail terms, served concurrently, and given 347 days of time-served credit. Winter was also sentenced to three to six years in prison, suspended for five years with three years’ probation, on one witness-tampering charge. A second witness tampering charge was nolle prossed as part of the plea deal. In August 2023, Winter pleaded guilty to violating his probation or parole and was sent to jail for another 12 months, with a time-served credit of 134 days.

In July 2021, the case against Considine was placed on hold without a finding for two years, pending good behavior.
