Mass. Teen, Man From Wilmot, Indicted On Sexual Assault Charges: Merrimack County Superior Court Roundup
Hooksett man indicted on cop murder threat charge; drug dealer indicted on new charges; California pastor indicted on Concord arson charges.

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the individuals listed below.
James Connelly, 19, of Walker Street in North Andover, Massachusetts, on felonious sexual assault, indecent exposure and lewdness, and certain uses of computer services prohibited charges, all felonies. He was accused of raping a girl, enticing her on Snapchat to send him naked pictures of herself, and sending her a picture of his erect penis between Oct. 1 and Oct. 10, 2025, in Concord. Michael Fortier, 40, of Mountain View Drive in Hill, on possession of MDMA and possession of methamphetamine charges, all felonies, on Sept. 1, 2025, in Hill.

Richard R. Fortier Jr., 37, of Downing Street in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Oct. 1, 2025, in Concord.
Richard French Jr., 36, of Eagle Pond Road in Wilmot, on a felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of sexually assaulting a woman between June 1 and June 30, 2022, in Wilmot.

Jade-Pearl Glidden, 46, of North Main Street in Franklin, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Nov. 25, 2025, in Franklin.

Juan Grana, 52, of Highland Street in Hooksett, on a felony reckless-domestic violence charge. He was accused of putting others in danger by passing a vehicle, cutting it off, and abruptly stopping, causing a crash, on Nov. 23, 2025, in Hooksett.
Kallie Grover, 39, of Lemy Joma Trail in Sandown, on possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-meth, possession of a narcotic drug-subsequent-crack cocaine, and two possession of a controlled drug with intent to dispense-subsequent-meth charges, all felonies. She was accused of possessing more than an ounce of meth and five or more ounces of meth on Dec. 10, 2025, in Hooksett. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on an acts prohibited charge in Strafford County in September 2014.
Meiling Han, 60, of Debann Place in Rowland Heights, California, on arson, reckless conduct, and tampering with witnesses and informants charges, all felonies. She was accused of setting a wood shed on fire at a church and school on Clinton Street in Concord and attempting to get a witness not to call the police and withhold evidence on Oct. 20, 2025. Tracy M. Hebert, 49, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-subsequent-fentanyl charge on Nov. 9, 2025, in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on a possession charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in September 2023. Hebert was also out on bail at the time of the arrest, according to the court.
Francisco Hickey, 23, of Virginia Court in Hooksett, on criminal threatening and operating while deemed a habitual offender charges, both felonies. He threatened to disarm a Hooksett police officer and murder them on Dec. 5, 2025, according to an indictment. Also, on Nov. 10, 2025, Hickey was accused of driving on Lindsay Road in Hooksett after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
James Huckins, 53, of Shady Lane in Belmont, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving in Franklin on Jan. 12, 2026, after the NH DMV deemed him a habitual offender.
