Pembroke Man Indicted On Possession, Distribution Of Child Sexual Abuse Images: Merrimack County Indictments
Concord man indicted on ax threat charges; Danbury teen accused of indecent exposure and lewdness; Hillsboro felon indicted on knife charge.

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the individuals listed below.
Heaven A. Martin, 24, of Mose Lane in Newbury, on aggravated driving while intoxicated, conduct after an accident, and second-degree assault charges, all felonies. She was accused of driving impaired, causing a crash, and injuring another person on Nov. 19, 2025, in Sutton.
Dakota Nuckolls, 18, of Danbury, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony indecent exposure and lewdness charge. He was accused of sending a picture of his genitals to a child under 16 on Jan. 27 in Danbury.

Elijah E. Gross, 48, of Thorndike Drive in Concord, on possession of fentanyl and possession of methadone charges, both felonies, on June 28, 2025, in Franklin. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a possession of a narcotic drug charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in March 2004.
Edward C. Bagley, 62, of Glass Street in Pembroke, on five possession of child sexual abuse images and six distribution of child sexual abuse images charges, all felonies. He possessed pictures and shared .mp4 videos via KiK messenger between June 1 and Oct. 7, 2024, in Pembroke, according to the indictment.

Sergio Metes, 50, of North Pembroke Road in Pembroke, on a felony criminal restraint charge. He was accused of holding a woman’s wrists and legs down while raping her, resulting in bruising, on April 29, 2025, in Pembroke, according to the indictment.

Nicholas Chabot, 47, of Loudon Road in Concord, on criminal restraint and three criminal threatening charges, all felonies. He was accused of threatening another person with an ax and standing in front of the exit to a camper, refusing to let another person leave, threatening to put the ax through another person’s head, or words to that effect, and striking a wall with a knife on Nov. 8, 2025, in Pembroke, the indictments said.
Myi-Khaill Armstrong, 18, of Glass Street in Pembroke, on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. He was accused of bringing a PlayStation 5 to Pembroke police that he knew was not the PS system police were looking for on Nov. 15, 2024.
Michael E. Mailhot, 44, of Hummingbird Lane in Hillsboro on felon in possession of a dangerous weapon-a dirk knife, possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-meth, and possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-fentanyl charges, all felonies, on Sept. 8, 2025, in Henniker. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a drug possession charge in Hills South in September 2018.
Andrew M. Fletcher, 59, of North Village Road in Loudon, on a felony possession of cocaine charge. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a controlled drug offense in Cheshire County in January 2013.
Ronald Sullivan, 58, of Shaw Road in Northfield, on a felony possession of meth charge on April 7, 2025, in Northfield.
