GoFundMe Effort Created For Nashua Man Killed In Crash On Route 101 In Amherst

NASHUA, NH — A fundraising effort has been created for a Nashua man killed in a crash in Amherst on Friday.

Keith Clegg, 44, was driving an oil truck when a car crossed over the centerline and crashed into the truck, killing him. According to the GoFundMe.com site, organized by Melissa Gouveia for Clegg’s family, he was a husband, father, son, brother, and friend who deeply loved his wife and kids.

“…Lisa and the kids are facing a future they never imagined having to navigate without him,” Gouveia wrote. “Along with the overwhelming grief of losing their husband, dad, and the patriarch of their family, they are also facing the long-term financial burden that comes with such an unexpected and devastating loss.”

Gouveia said all donations will go to Lisa and the family to help with the financial challenges ahead, including funeral and burial expenses, household bills, counseling, and other needs that may arise.

A goal of $22,000 has been posted for the effort. So far, nearly $13,500 has been raised.
