Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union Promotes Morris To Branch Officer

Scot Morris, a Jeanne D'Arc employee since 2017, will lead daily operations at the Dracut, Bridge Street branch.

LOWELL, MA — Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union has promoted Scot Morris to branch officer of its Dracut, Bridge Street branch, the financial cooperative said Monday.

Morris has worked at Jeanne D’Arc since 2017. He served as an assistant branch manager in the Tyngsboro branch and, most recently, in the Lowell branch, where he managed a team of six.

In his new role, Morris will oversee daily operations at one of two Dracut branches. The credit union said he also will provide guidance and mentorship to staff and support member service and community engagement efforts, with a focus on education, professional development, and teamwork.

The announcement described Morris as an accomplished manager with more than 25 years of experience in leadership roles. It also states that his time at Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union reflects ongoing involvement in branch operations and staff support.

Morris attended Saint Michael's College and UMass Lowell with a focus on accounting, according to the release. He currently lives in Lowell.

Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union was established in 1912 and operates as a full-service, community-based financial cooperative. According to the organization, it is locally owned by 102,000 members and has $2.2 billion in assets.

The credit union operates eight full-service branches in Lowell, Dracut, Tyngsboro, Chelmsford, Methuen, Westford, and Nashua, New Hampshire. It also has high-school branches at Lowell High, Dracut High, and Nashua High School South, along with a loan center in Lowell and a mortgage center in Chelmsford.
