Manchester Felon Indicted On Hudson Knife Possession Charges: Hillsborough County Superior Court Roundup

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the people listed below.

Stephen Andrade, 47, of Phalanx Street in Tyngsboro, Massachusetts, on a felony count of possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-suboxone on April 4 in Hudson. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of possession in Lowell MA District Court in October 2009.

Nicholas Arnold, 30, of Bodwell Road in Manchester, on a felony count of felon in possession of a deadly weapon. He was accused of possessing two hunting knives on Feb. 26 in Hudson. Previously, according to the indictment, Arnold was convicted on a burglary charge in York County, South Carolina, in September 2017.

Nathan Barka, 45, of Rattlesnake Hill Road in Auburn, on a felony controlled drug act; possession-cocaine charge on Sept. 23, 2023, in Merrimack.

Troy Beaudoin, 22, of no fixed address, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on June 22 in Hudson.

John Icardson Oriol, 33, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony count of theft by unauthorized taking. He was accused of exercising control of more than $1,500 in tools owned by the city of Nashua on April 23.

Richard A. Johnson, 33, of Tarrytown Road in Manchester, on a felony count of operating while deemed a habitual offender. He was accused of driving on Spit Brook Road in a GMC Terrain on March 13 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in August 2025.

Alexander Jones, 33, of Powderhouse Road in Merrimack, on two felony counts of theft of lost or mislaid property. On Jan. 14, 2025, he was accused of obtaining more than $1,500 belonging to Valeo Vocation delivered to him by mistake in Merrimack. The second charge against Jones was connected to more than $1,500 owned by Vita-Pakt Citrus Pro delivered to him by mistake on March 10, 2025, in Merrimack.

Kerri King, 43, of Greenfield Drive in Hudson, on two forgery and two theft by deception charges, all felonies. She was accused of cashing a check from SHAPCO on Jan. 5 in Nashua for more than $1,500 that was not issued to her and receiving more than $1,500 from Tropical Brazilian Store. Timothy John L’Heureux, 29, of Oriole Court in Merrimack, on a felony count of nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images. He was accused of taking a picture of a woman who was naked and identifiable with the purpose of harassing her on Feb. 4 in Merrimack.

Ashley Lavoie, 31, of Lock Street in Nashua, on three felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth and fentanyl on April 30 and June 7, 2025, in Nashua.

Xiomara Motta Rosa, 40, of Hammond Court in Nashua, on a reckless conduct-deadly weapon non-firearm charge. She was accused of driving a motor vehicle in a dangerous manner, putting another in harm’
