• You’ll be welcomed into a cozy shared environment where the pace is slow, intentional, and intuitive. Throughout our time together, you may be guided through gentle experiences such as sound healing, quiet reflection, journaling, forest bathing, and creative expression.
• There is no pressure. Rest is honored here. Silence is welcome. Connection happens naturally.
• Meals are nourishing and simple, shared in community or in quiet presence, depending on the moment. Vegetarian options are available.
