Bedford, Londonderry, Milford, Salem, And Souhegan Wrestlers Win Matches: New Hampshire Results
Update: Wednesday was a busy night of bouts for Exeter, Merrimack, Nashua, Portsmouth, and Windham, too.

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Twenty high schools had wrestlers involved in bouts on Wednesday across the Granite State.
Here are some of the results.

The Goffstown Grizzlies trounced the Portsmouth Clippers, 65-16. Winning wrestlers for Portsmouth included Carter Kuhn in the 126 by major decision, 8-0, Andrew “AJ” Craig in the 138 by pin, Stephen Whisler by pin in the 165, and Jarmain Gardner won by fall in an extra match. Goffstown won two bouts by forfeit.

The Bedford Bulldogs beat the Exeter Blue Hawks, 53-24. Winning for Bedford included Samuel Upham in the 126 by pin, Damien Kasem in the 138 by fall, Ethan Levesque in the 157 by tech fall, 21-5, Camden Santos in the 175 by pin, and Silas Heiser in the 215 by fall. For Exeter, Reid Grandmason won in the 113 by fall, Eli Jones in the 120, 10-4, and Liam Mancini in the 144, 13-12, and Ryan Grandmason in the 150 by fall. Four Bedford wrestlers won by forfeit, while Exeter won by one forfeit.

The Londonderry Lancers skewered the Windham Cougars, 69-12. Winning wrestlers for Londonderry included Anthony Cipolletta in the 106 by pin, Jackson Butcher in the 126 by pin, Gabriel Perez by pin in the 132, Colin Egan by an 11-5 decision in the 144, Caleb Holden by pin in the 150, and Brendan Egan by pin in the 157. Liam McGrail won by pin in the 138, and Antonio Ciresi in the 215 won by fall, too. Londonderry won six bouts by forfeit.

The Milford Spartans beat the Bishop Guertin Cardinals, 54-23. Milford wrestlers winning bouts included Francisco Juvera at 132 by pin and Phillip Wright at 157 by fall. Winning BG wrestlers included James Algeo in the 138 by fall, Dominic Stamp by pin in the 150, Ayla Saeturn in the 165, 4-0, Jack Foster in the 175 won, 7-2, and Bishop Kearns in the 285 won by tech fall, 19-4. Milford won seven bouts due to forfeit.
The Alvirne Broncos beat the Merrimack Tomahawks, 50-30. Merrimack wrestlers winning bouts included Avery Lanteigne in the 215 by fall, Cooper Seltsam-Wilps by pin in the 285, Owen Sayball in the 138 by pin, Landon Shultz in the 144 by fall, and Cash Torres in the 157 by pin. In two 190 extra bouts, Nathan Cui won by a 10-5 decision, and Aiden Kennedy won by fall. Collin Schuster in an extra 157 won by a major decision, 13-3.
The Nashua North Titans fell to the Spaulding Red Raiders on the road, 64-12. Wins for North included Sebastian Ochoa in the 126 by pin and Caleb Smith in the 138 by fall.
The Salem Blue Devils beat the Pinkerton Academy Astros, 50-27. Winning wrestlers for Salem included John Blocksidge in the 113 by tech fall, 18-0, Mykel Walters in the 120 by pin, Maddox Boudreau in the 126 by fall, and Trevor O’Brien in the 144 by fall. Also winning for Salem were Alexander Bryant in the 144 by fall, John Vargas in the 165 by pin, Zander Wood in the 175 by fall, and Jaxson Donhue in the 190, 4-1. Salem won one bout by forfeit.
The Souhegan Sabers beat the Kingswood Regional Knights, 52-27. Winning wrestlers for Souhegan included Nathan Stout in the 120 by major decision, 16-3, Jack Kaler in the 132 by pin, Landon Carson by fall, Alex Sarde in the 150 by pin, Marcus Stout in the 157 by pin, Cole Mobley in the 175 by pin, and Gabriel Holt in the 215 by fall. Souhegan won two bouts by forfeit.

Bow beat Lebanon, 71-12; Mascenic beat Conant, 48-22, but lost to John Stark Regional, 54-9; White Mountain Regional beat Plymouth Regional, 43-33, but Plymouth beat Pelham, 53-29; Timberlane beat Keene, 61-6; Campbell beat ConVal, 42-41, but ConVal bested Mascoma Valley Regional, 48-33.
Upcoming Meets
Alvirne, Bedford, Bishop Geurtin, and Nashua South will be in Concord on Saturday for a Super Quad. The New Hampshire Freshman State Tournament, as well as a JV tourney, will also be held on Saturday in Concord. Schools participating in the JV tourney as of Thursday include Alvirne, Bedford, Concord, ConVal, Goffstown, Portsmouth, Souhegan, Spaulding, and Timberlane.
