Chichester Man Indicted On Londonderry Strangulation, Stalking, And Breach Counts: County Indictment Roundup
Plus: Amherst man indicted on 14 ID fraud charges; Lowell woman faces robbery count; Salem felony thefts; reckless conduct in Portsmouth.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the individuals listed below.
Anita G. Joaquin, 49, of Greendale Avenue in Lowell, Massachusetts, on a felony robbery charge. She was accused of using physical force — pulling on the necktie of a Market Basket employee after fleeing with stolen merchandise in Salem on Aug. 1, 2025.
Jay Thomas Johnson, 50, of Woodbriar Drive in Greensboro, North Carolina, on a felony count of identity fraud. He was accused of obtaining confidential information about another person in an attempt to use false identification to gain access to a Pentucket Bank account in Salem on Oct. 2, 2025.

Scott Alan Keraghan, 28, of Wheeler Road in Dracut, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing a utility trailer from Lowe’s in Salem valued at more than $1,500 on Sept. 18, 2025.
Michael C. Laudarowicz, 36, of Souhegan Avenue in Amherst, on two theft by unauthorized taking, two theft by deception, and 14 identity fraud charges, all felonies. He was accused of posing as another in Londonderry and opening up credit cards in another person’s name in 2025. Laudarowicz was also accused of altering a LifeLock account to intercept fraud notices and of using a Social Security number to sign up for Venmo.

Jacob Allen Lawrence, 25, of Kelleys Corner Road in Chichester, on criminal restraint, domestic violence-second-degree assault-strangulation, and two tampering with witnesses and informants charges, all felonies, as well as eight breach of bail and eight stalking charges. He was accused of strangling and keeping an intimate partner in a chokehold on Nov. 25, 2025, in Londonderry. Lawrence was then accused of violating bail and protection provisions and attempting to get the victim through a third party and directly to inform falsely or withhold information, according to the indictments.

Julie Ann Lambert, 31, a homeless woman now located in Salem, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of failing to return a 2011 Honda Ridgeline, owned by another, between June 8 and June 11, 2024, in Hampstead.
Cecil Edward Laux, 29, of Bridge Street in Manchester, on a felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving in Londonderry on July 17, 2025, after the NH DMV deemed him a habitual offender.
Timothy M. Leccese, 36, of Stevens Hill Road in Nottingham, on theft by deception and forgery charges, both felonies. He was accused of selling a counterfeit coin purported to be an American Buffalo 1 Ounce Gold Coin valued at more than $1,500 in Northwood on Jan. 30, 2025.
Michael Savage Ledbury, 34, of NW 33rd MNR in Pompano Beach, Florida, on a felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charge. He was accused of crossing over a double yellow line into incoming traffic and causing a collision in Portsmouth on July 10, 2025.
Chengbin Li, 43, of Ledge Street in Nashua, on receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. He worked with Tommy Li, Shanbin Li, and-or others to retain stolen Apple products, receiving them in a clearinghouse at 19 Hazel Drive in Hampstead between June 22 and Aug. 19, 2025.
